About This Workshop

What to Expect
- Create a stunning copper wire rose sculpture in this relaxed and inspiring 4-hour workshop designed for beginners through intermediate makers. Guided step-by-step, you will learn how to transform simple lengths of wire into an elegant, blooming rose that will last forever.
- Throughout the workshop, we’ll explore essential wire-working techniques including shaping petals, creating structure, weaving wire for texture, and building layered forms that give the rose its lifelike depth. By the end of the session, each participant will complete their own sculptural rose similar to the one pictured, with beautifully flowing petals and intricate wire detail.
- This class focuses on creativity, patience, and enjoying the process. No previous experience is required, though those with some wire-working experience will enjoy expanding their skills and techniques.

- Basic wire sculpting and shaping techniques
- How to form layered rose petals
- Wire weaving for texture and stability
- Building structure and dimension in wire sculpture
- Finishing techniques to refine your piece
- What’s included:
- All materials and tools will be provided during the workshop. You’ll leave with your completed copper wire rose sculpture and the skills to continue creating at home.
- Your finished rose makes a beautiful keepsake or heartfelt handmade gift for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or simply as a timeless decoration for your home.
- Come spend a creative afternoon turning wire into a blooming work of art.
What to Bring
Everything you need to create your Wire Rose sculpture is included in the workshop. We’ll be working entirely with bare copper wire in two different gauges. The heavier wire will be used to create the structure and shape of your rose, leaves and stem, while the finer wire will be used to weave and build up the delicate detail that gives the petals and leaves their form. All copper wire, tools and finishing materials are provided, so you can concentrate on learning the techniques and watching a bundle of wire slowly turn into something considerably more rose-shaped. 🌹✨
