Delivery

Each piece is packaged by hand by Hilary. We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 2–3 working days. Made-to-order and commissioned pieces may take longer; the expected timescale will be shown on the product page or agreed with you before work begins.

Delivery estimates begin when an order is dispatched. If an order is delayed or appears to be lost, email hilary@tangledwirecreations.co.uk and include your order number.

Returns

We hope you love your piece. If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us before posting anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us. Original delivery charges are handled in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights.

Personalised and commissioned pieces made to your specification cannot usually be returned because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Workshop cancellations

If you cannot attend a workshop, contact Hilary as early as possible on 07722 039781 or through the contact form. We will explain the cancellation or transfer options that apply to your booking and, where possible, help you move to another available date.

If Tangled Wire Creations cancels a workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund of the workshop price paid.

Damaged or faulty items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
